Ingredients
  

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 500 g minced lamb
  • 1 red chilli chopped
  • 2 garlic clove chopped
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp ginger chopped
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp harissa
  • 250 ml lamb stock
  • chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp groundnut oil
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 8 spring onions chopped
  • 100 g frozen peas

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in the saute pan, and fry the onions over a medium heat until softened
  • Add the tomato puree, ginger, chilli, garlic, green pepper and minced lamb, stir and cook for 4 minutes
  • Add the powdered ingredients, stir well and cook for 4 minutes
  • Add the lamb stock and simmer for 10 minutes
  • Add the peas, spring onions and coriander and simmer for 5 minutes
  • Serve with flatbreads or pilau rice
