Lamb Keema

Ingredients
- 1 onion chopped
- 500 g minced lamb
- 1 red chilli chopped
- 2 garlic clove chopped
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tbsp ginger chopped
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp harissa
- 250 ml lamb stock
- chopped coriander
- 1 tbsp groundnut oil
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 8 spring onions chopped
- 100 g frozen peas
Instructions
- Heat the oil in the saute pan, and fry the onions over a medium heat until softened
- Add the tomato puree, ginger, chilli, garlic, green pepper and minced lamb, stir and cook for 4 minutes
- Add the powdered ingredients, stir well and cook for 4 minutes
- Add the lamb stock and simmer for 10 minutes
- Add the peas, spring onions and coriander and simmer for 5 minutes
- Serve with flatbreads or pilau rice
